Want to know exactly what to expect when you book a sauna with us? We’ve got you. We want to bring our customers a truly special experience when you come to visit us, so every social sauna booking includes:
60-minute sauna session, with the flexibility to come & go from the loch as many times as you like.
Complementary refreshments including electrolytes & cucumber and mint water.
Complementary orange slices & tea after your sauna session.
Enjoy the loch-side social space for as long as you like after your session.
I stayed at the hotel and spa just behind the Sweat and Soak Sauna and stumbled across this place with my mum. We were allowed to come in and check it out and were welcomed by their two gorgeous doggies who if you aren’t a dog person were popped away in the other cabin on arrival for sauna so don’t worry! I was so blown away by the view and the concept of a sauna looking out on the loch that I booked for a social sauna the very next day. I had the most incredible session with a couple who were lovely. The owner made sure we had refreshments, fresh orange segments to keep us refreshed and jumping in the loch twice during the sauna was the icing on the cake! Thank you for a lovely experience. Can’t wait to come back with my partner soon!
Visited here yesterday and it was brilliant. Felt really welcome and the staff were super friendly. Had a lovely time in the sauna and had a (very quick) dip in the Loch 🥶 will definitely be back.
Beautiful spot right by the water. Our hosts were lovely and we felt really looked after with lots of tasty refreshments, orange slices and a cup of herbal tea at the end. Great to have the zip up changing rooms too.
My friend and I done the sauna ritual and I couldn’t recommend it enough, it was magical! The sauna itself is so thoughtfully designed and the ritual experience was so uplifting. I’ve used loads of saunas across Scotland and this is truly one of the best! There’s so much love and care in this beautiful sauna and I cannot wait to return!

Such a delightful sauna. The hosts have gone above and beyond to consider what will make them stand out and make this experience special. From the changing areas to the sitting out space, the fresh drinks available to the orange segments and tea at the end of the session, these touches were much appreciated. Great hosts.
Genuinely breathtaking views of the loch and mountains from inside the sauna, and very easy to cool off. The ice ball ritual was actually very interesting as well
