Sweat and Soak Sauna Location
Sweat and Soak Sauna is on the banks of Loch Ard, in Kinlochard, only 10 minutes from Aberfoyle. We’re opposite the Macdonald Forest Hills Hotel, on the B829, next to Loch Ard Adventure Centre.
Getting Here
The best way to get here is by car.
You can use public transport services to get to Aberfoyle from Stirling and Glasgow using the X10A route.
From Aberfoyle you can take a 10-minute taxi to Sweat and Soak Sauna (or walk, if you fancy!).
Parking is available at the Forest Hills Hotel just across the road from Sweat and Soak Sauna, so you can walk from your car to relaxation in less than 2 minutes.
Please try to avoid street-side parking, as this can cause obstructions on the road.
